Our cottage, La Métairie de Roque Basse, with its pool, combines charm, tranquility, and modern amenities.

Rooms and amenities of our accommodation  

We offer a cottage with 8 beds spread across 4 bedrooms. It includes 2 modern bathrooms, 2 toilets, and a fully equipped 20 m² kitchen.
Our cottage is available for a minimum stay of 2 nights, with discounted rates for longer stays. During the summer holidays, rentals are on a weekly basis. Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance. You also have the option to add a cleaning package for €80. The cottage is rented in its entirety, and children under 2 years old are not counted in the occupancy limit.

Ground floor  

The ground floor of the cottage features two spacious bedrooms: one with two single beds and the other with a double bed, providing flexibility for couples or children. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilets available. The 55 m² living and dining area is equipped with a wood-burning stove and a television for cozy winter evenings. From the entrance of the cottage, you have direct access to the pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the local sights. A washer and dryer are located on this level.

Upstairs 

On the upper floor, we have created a functional and welcoming environment. The master bedroom, equipped with a double bed, features a spacious dressing area and direct access to a modern en-suite shower room. There are also separate toilets on this level. A second bedroom, ideal for children, is furnished with 3 single beds (2 of 90 cm and 1 of 80 cm). Both bedrooms share a well-designed shower room, ensuring a pleasant stay for everyone.

Outside  

The exterior of our Toulouse cottage is designed to make the most of the outdoors. You'll find a patio area, a table and chairs for al fresco dining, and a barbecue for convivial evenings. The pool, shared only with the property owners, measures 12 x 6 meters and is equipped with a safety barrier to ensure everyone's security. The expansive green space around the cottage provides a tranquil natural setting.
